Where are you At??

I have recently returned from Savannah Georgia where I did a presentation on my Panache Self Esteem workshop for girls and boy what a fascinating trip it was.
I met some great people - new friendships, business opportunities, words can't describe the great time I had there. Best of all it gave me time to think - think about where I'm currently at, what I'm currently doing and where I am going.

So I want to ask you when was the last time you assessed where you are in life and where you want to be? When was a last time you sat back and looked at if you are living out your full life's potential?

Far too often we get ultra comfortable and ultra complacent with what we are doing, where we are doing it, how we are living - you know what get what I mean. We make excuses as to why we can't do things differently. We can list off all the reasons of why our hobby can't become our career or why we haven't left that job that we unwillingly drag ourselves to day after day.

I challenge you to take some time this week and look at what you are doing and where you are going! If what you are doing right now can't get you to where you need to go, something needs to change and your efforts need to go into changing that. So, put the pen to the paper and map out you game plan, your game plan that will lead to a place where you no longer ask your self the question "I wonder what it would have been like if....".

I say later for the "I wonder" and hello to making it happen!

2010 is the Year to Focus on You

Let's talk about self love.

This year is all about loving you, for who you are, what you do and what you look like....today, right now!

I' m not talking about who you would like to be, I'm talking about that person you see when you look in the mirror. I'm talking about loving your lips, your eyes, your belly and your thighs. Because the most beautiful love of all is self love.

Self love is not about being arrogant, selfish, self centered or conceited. It's not about comparing yourself to others to measure up to see if you are good enough.

Self love
is about is about knowing that you can do anything you put your mind to, it is about knowing that you are worthy and deserve to be treated right and respected because you respect your worth.

Love yourself each and everyday, be kind to yourself, focus on positive things to foster positive energy. Be your #1 cheerleader and shake off any mistakes you make, because you can't change the past but you can choose to learn from it.

It all starts with you, the image that you have yourself is in your hands.
